Principal Accord is a social impact company dedicated to bridging the career preparedness as well as the social, emotional, psychological, and spiritual well-being divide for students across the globe and especially for those from disadvantaged socioeconomic backgrounds in underserved communities.
Providing students with the right tools and resources to develop essential career readiness, social and emotional skills cultivates a well-rounded human, ready to take advantage of present opportunities, we also reduce the mismatch between education and job market requirements and thereby increase their employability or most importantly, the ability to earn a sustainable livelihood and make meaningful contributions in the socio-economic landscape.
Our goal is to unlock the potential of young people by simultaneously addressing their social, emotional and academic learning needs through the two programmes that we offer; RACE and PC4FYNDAS.

Principal Accord is the culmination of two powerful visions, born from the personal experiences of its co-founders, Carly and Hilda. Both women understand firsthand the challenges young people face in navigating their education and preparing for the future, but from distinctly different perspectives.

I am a dedicated leader in career mentorship and job readiness, driven by a deep understanding of youth development and workforce preparation. My experience spans mentorship, career coaching, industry engagement, and program development, positioning me to scale PC4FYNDAS into a transformative initiative.

With a Bachelor in Psychology and experience in the performing arts, I have worked with youth at various education levels, from primary school to tertiary. My hands-on role in NGOs and corporate training programs has given me insight into what works in preparing young people for the workforce. I specialize in bridging gaps such as career exposure, mentorship, and job market access, ensuring a practical and scalable approach.

My 15-year journey to finding a career in Business Intelligence despite initial academic success gave birth to RACE. I’m driven to empower young people to make informed career choices and avoid the frustrations I experienced on my journey.

I am a Business Intelligence Analyst with 10+ years of combined experience in the ITC sector working in various capacities ranging from Qlik Sense Data Architect and Application Developer to project manager and requirements analyst on many ERP and CRM system implementations such MS Dynamics (NAV, CRM) and Salesforce.
People-centric leadership, organisation skills and advanced problem-solving ability coupled with extensive project management are some of my strengths in addition to the ability to collaborate with key stakeholders in delivering corporate goals.
Industry experience – Manufacturing and Production, Retail, Auto Salvage, Insurance and Financial Services, Gas and Petroleum, Mining, Asset Management, IT and Telecoms, and more.
